Our Premium S15 Steel Mag Catch for Glock® 43X / 48 has been optimized specifically for Left OR Right-handed use based upon your selection.

As a result, we were able to eliminate hard angles on the bottom of the catch for smoother reloads with our patented steel S15 Magazine.

Also, the catch face has been slightly extended vs. our Standard Mag Catch by ~.03" for an enhanced tactile feel, AND there is slightly MORE magazine engagement between our premium catch & the magazine. Premium catches are not ambidextrous. Please select left or right-handed as appropriate.

Colors

• Additional colors are PVD coated over steel.
• Pictures are representative color options as colors/details may vary slightly per unit.
• You may also see a fixture mark on the inside of the catch. This is normal and will not be visible once installed.
• PEACOCK BLUE:  This is an iridescent shade of multiple colors, primarily blue. Please know color will vary slightly per unit.

• DLC: Diamond like Coating - Wear and abrasion resistant; surface comparable to natural diamond. It's high lubricity reduces friction between sliding surfaces and it is chemically non-reactive.

Considerations & Recommendations:

• Shield Arms S15 magazines are constructed using steel vs. Glock's standard plastic OEM mags.
• Shield Arms S15 magazines provide 150% capacity over the Glock® OEM mags for the Glock® 43X/48 .
• More round capacity equals more total round mass supported by the mag catch.
• If you don't swap your mag catch to at least our Standard S15 Steel Mag Catch, you may experience reliability issues.
• Using another manufacturer's mag catch may also cause reliability issues.

Bottom Line:

We ALWAYS recommend steel on steel or plastic on plastic, and our own steel mag catches engineered specifically for our S15 15-round mags for the G43X/G48.
