All Shield Arms manufactured products carry a lifetime warranty against failures or defects in workmanship, materials, manufacturing, and mechanical function, and is fully transferable

To ensure a complete warranty process for Firearms, the customer needs to keep the Warranty Certificate that came with the gun. Not providing the Warranty Certificate may hinder the process in diagnosing or fixing any problems.

Our lifetime warranty does NOT cover misuse of product or intentional damage/destruction.

For all third-party products please refer to the company's direct warranty for their specific warranty policies and procedures as all warranty issues will go directly through them.


Warranty Process

The following warranty process will be followed - NO EXCEPTIONS.

  1. If you are having trouble, email [email protected] with a description of your issue. Photos are helpful!
  2. We will get back to you ASAP - in most cases by the next business day.
  3. If we determine that your product needs to be repaired or replaced, we will send you a shipping label with an RMA number.
  4. Print off the shipping label, and drop it in the mail for us.
  5. We will repair or replace your product and ship it back to you.

For all international warranties on Shield Arms products a receipt of sale from an authorized wholesaler or dealer is required.


Due to the nature of the items, all sales on medical equipment are final, and no returns will be accepted.
