Shipping Restrictions 

We offer US shipping only at this time.


FFL Rules, Restrictions, & Policies

All FFL items must be shipped to a Federal Firearm License (FFL) holder. All BATFE, GCA & NFA rules apply!  YOU are responsible for checking with your local FFL to ensure a purchased firearm is legal in your state and that your FFL will accept this firearm on your behalf and transfer it to you. Shield Arms will NOT be responsible for any shipping or admin charges incurred by packages not being accepted by the FFL you choose during checkout.


Magazines and Magazine Extensions

Magazines and magazine extensions: we do our best to stay up-to-date on the capacity restrictions of all 50 states, but ultimately  this is  your responsibility to know what restrictions are in effect in your state . If we notice an order from a state like California, Hawaii, Massachusetts, New Jersey, or New York that we know has capacity restrictions, we will contact you to see if you are a law enforcement officer and therefore exempt. If you are not, we will cancel your order and charge you our standard cancellation fee.

Shipping Policy

Shipping

Our policy is to ship your parts as soon as possible during the weekdays of Monday - Friday.  In most cases, orders will ship on the same or next business day via USPS, FedEx, or UPS, with the exception being Back In Stock, New Product Launch, or Sale days.   If you just placed your order, please do not call or email asking when your order will ship .

Also:  We cannot ship magazines or magazine extensions to states where prohibited.


UPS Ground

UPS Ground is not available in Puerto  Rico or Guam.

We offer flat rate UPS Ground shipping with tracking. If your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, we will re-ship your order. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered,

you must work with UPS for a resolution. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information provided by you,  mis-delivery or other carrier errors, or theft.  UPS does not offer deliveries to P.O. Boxes. If your order is placed for shipment with UPS and lists a P.O. Box as your ship-to address, it will be placed on hold until an updated direct, physical address can be provided. If one is on provided after 10 days, the order will be canceled via our cancellation policy.

USPS Priority

We offer flat rate USPS Priority shipping with tracking. If your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, we will re-ship your order. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered,

you must work with USPS for a resolution. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information provided by you,  mis-delivery or other carrier errors, or theft.

FedEx Express

We offer flat rate FedEx Express 2-day shipping with tracking.* If your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, we will re-ship your order.  If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered, we will handle the claim with FedEx and re-ship your order.   We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information provided by you, mis-delivery or other carrier errors, or theft.   FedEx  does not offer deliveries to P.O. Boxes. If your order is placed for shipment with FedEx and lists a P.O. Box as your ship-to address, it will be placed on hold until an updated direct, physical address can be provided. If one is on provided after 10 days, the order will be canceled via our cancellation policy.

*FedEx Express 2-day shipping is your shipping METHOD - NOT a GUARANTEED DELIVERY DATE. Choosing this shipping method does NOT guarantee that your order will arrive exactly two days after placing your order. In most cases, we ship your order within 24 hours, but occasionally it will take a day or two longer for your order to reach FedEx.  Orders placed on weekends will not be processed until the following Monday at the earliest.
