Our 13" MLOK handguard is a Free float AR-15 handguard machined from 6061-T6 extrusion and then hard coat anodized. It comes with a 4140 steel barrel nut that does not need to be indexed/shimmed for installation, and can be installed with a standard castle nut wrench. No custom tools required. All exterior surfaces are machined to ensure a uniform, flat surface.
